10 minutes max
You can choose to show work first and present the orientation after or
present an orientation followed by the visual research

2 minute orientation:
. Provide your name and the title of your DP,
. share your project brief/statement informing the audience the primary emphasis of your research,
. mention the design principle you are focusing on in your research,
. mention the link it has to you personally,
. explain how it links to the area you plan to target in your job search

3 minutes for the visual research:
. Project your visual research simply. Clarify the phases of the research and where you feel it will go over the next ten weeks. Perhaps with a timeline.

5 minutes for discussion, questions, defense and recommendations from the audience.
